These Terms govern your use of Buzmate, an AI receptionist and CRM platform operated by Logispark Ventures Inc., incorporated in New Brunswick, Canada. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Buzmate provides an AI-powered phone receptionist, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, calendar scheduling, and earnings tracking for small businesses. The Service is offered under two subscription plans:
A 14-day free trial of the CRM Plan is available to new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service.
One account corresponds to one business. Multi-location or multi-entity use requires separate accounts.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our billing portal at thebuzmate.com. Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
HST and other applicable taxes will be added where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
The AI receptionist is designed to assist, not replace, human judgment. Logispark Ventures Inc. is not liable for missed calls, incorrect information provided by the AI, booking errors, or any business loss arising from the AI's performance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
The Service, including all software, AI models, branding, and content, is owned by Logispark Ventures Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service (your business information, customer records, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Logispark Ventures Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick, Canada.
